This is not coarse vermiculite, it's very fine. Everything is much smaller than 1/8 inch. I think it would all pass through a 1/16 screen and 80% through a 1/32, although I didn't try it. The reason I'm giving it three stars is because it is pure vermiculite and it's the only stuff I've been able to find at all for a semi-reasonable price/size.
